How to Order & Submit

1. Purchase this product through the checkout.
2. After purchase, download the submission form link provided on the order confirmation email:
   • Your written storyline (clear, chronological, ~300–800 words recommended).
   • Up to 3 reference photos (JPEG/PNG, max 10 MB each).
   • Your preferred name or pseudonym for attribution.
3. After we recieve your submission form and optional photos. We will review your submission for policy compliance and confirm receipt.
4. After approval, we create the AI video and post it to the channel.

Note: Submissions that fail to follow the guidelines will be rejected and you’ll be notified with instructions to revise.

Submission Requirements (must read)

To protect victims, bystanders, and legal rights, ALL submissions must comply with the following:

• No personal data / doxxing: Do not submit government ID numbers, addresses, phone numbers, bank details, or other private identifiers.
• Consent: You must either be the person depicted or have explicit written consent from anyone whose real likeness you submit. Do not submit images of anyone who is a private person without their permission.
• No minors: Do not submit images or stories that identify or involve anyone under 18.
• No hate or protected-class attacks: Submissions must not promote hate, slurs, or harassment toward protected groups.
• Format: After purchase, the link will be in the email reciept to download the submission form

We reserve the right to refuse or redact any submission that violates these rules and process a refund.

Content Moderation & Refusal Policy

We moderate every submission. We will refuse or remove any content that:

• Violates the legal/consent rules above.
• Contains hate speech, targeted harassment, or explicit doxxing.
• Appears to be knowingly false or defamatory.
  If your submission is refused, we will notify you with the reason and, where possible, offer instructions for an acceptable revision.

Refunds & Edits

• Refunds: Requests are handled case-by-case. If you purchased but we have not started working on your approved submission and you request cancellation, contact support. If production has started or the work uses your submitted materials, refunds may be limited.

A: We will adapt your storyline into a cinematic script to fit the format; we’ll preserve key details and quotes where appropriate.

Q: Can you remove my video after posting?
A: We can discuss removal on a case-by-case basis. Because content may have been shared or re-posted, full removal cannot be guaranteed.

Q: Is this a documentary or investigative service?
A: No. We create AI dramatizations from user-submitted stories for entertainment and awareness. We do not perform independent investigations or provide legal verification.
